Fiber broadband only

We run the sales engine inside fiber networks.

Residential, MDU, commercial, and wholesale and carrier, run as one plan by operators who have done it, as advisors and, where it fits, as partners.

Fiber only. We have worked it from the dirt to the data center.

The market

Whatever worked for the last four years will not work for the next four.

Fiber platforms used to be valued on passings. Now they are bought and financed on EBITDA and net income. Hitting those numbers takes a different company than the one that built the network, in a market more crowded than it has ever been.

Competitors

Cable is back with lower prices, bundled mobile, and tighter cost control. Fiber on fiber overbuilds are no longer rare.

New entrants

Sponsor-backed builders are lighting the same towns, often with the same passings on their map.

Substitutes

Fixed wireless and satellite are good enough for a growing share of homes, and they sell on price.

Customer leverage

Subscribers have choices now. Promo rolloff, price shopping, and churn set ARPU as much as the rate card does, and the brand they trust wins the tie.

Technology and AI

Automation in sales, marketing, and care is cutting the cost to win and keep a customer. Do you have it, or do your competitors?

What we fix

Monetize the whole network.

Most operators make money one or two ways on a network that can carry four. Ronin works on the company side of a fiber platform, in the three operations that decide whether it earns what it cost.

Sales

Residential, MDU, commercial, and wholesale, run as one plan with the leadership, process, and tooling to hold after launch. See the channels and how we run them.

Marketing

Demand that sales can close. Build it as markets open, lower the cost to acquire customers, and hand sales leads that convert. Build a brand customers choose and stay with, even after the promotion ends. We work with your agency or ours.

Retention and care

Churn, promo rolloff, first-bill shock, and truck rolls. The subscribers you win should stay, upgrade, and refer.

Sales operations

The machine behind the channels.

Reps and campaigns are the visible part. What decides the take rate is the operation underneath: how fast a lead is touched, who it goes to, what happens to the order, and whether anyone can see the numbers by channel. This is the work we are known for.

Lead routing

Every lead lands with the right rep or team in minutes, by serviceability, product, and territory, with nothing falling into a shared inbox.

Speed to lead

Response times measured in minutes, not days, with the automation and staffing to hold them on launch week and in week forty.

Call center and D2D management

Scripts, scheduling, territory assignment, daily cadence, and the coaching and comp plans that keep both teams selling installs, not pitches.

CRM and order flow

One system from lead to install: serviceability checks, order entry, scheduling, and handoffs to construction and care that do not leak.

Close rates by channel

Penetration, CAC, cycle time, and close rate by channel and by release cohort, so you know what each dollar and each rep actually produced.

Sales channels

Four ways revenue reaches the network.

Each channel has its own cost, cycle, and buyer. Most operators are strong in one or two and leave the rest unbuilt. We help stand up the ones that are missing and tie all four to one plan.

Residential sales

Door to door, outbound, and inbound run as one motion, with field cadence on released streets and web and phone orders that do not leak.

MDU

Apartments, condos, and HOAs. Property agreements, bulk and marketing rights, and move-in programs that keep units lit as tenants turn over.

Commercial

B2B and enterprise together. Businesses along the route sold with the homes, and dedicated internet, dark fiber, and managed services for larger accounts, schools, hospitals, and government.

Wholesale and carrier

Backhaul, transport, and tower connections sold to carriers and other providers. Long contracts that put revenue on the network before homes connect.

Acquisitions and capital

Buying a subscriber base instead of building one.

An acquired network comes with customers, contracts, and habits you did not create. The price is set on the day the deal closes. The value is set in the twelve months after, by how many of those customers stay and how many of the unbuilt channels get built.

BEFORE CLOSE

Commercial diligence

Who the customers are, what they pay, which promos are about to roll off, where churn is hiding, and what the sales and care teams actually do each day.

FIRST 90 DAYS

Transition

Billing migration, rebrand, and the retention plan that runs before the first new invoice lands. The customers you paid for should still be there at the end of the quarter.

AFTER

Growth

Upsell the base, open the channels the seller never built, and bring the acquired market onto the same plan as the rest of the company.

Capital and partnerships

When the plan needs more than advice.

Ronin is a holding company as well as an operating partner. That lets us do what an agency cannot: bring funding relationships, take a seat at the board, or share ownership in the business that fills the network.

FUNDING

Capital to execute the plan

When the plan is sound but the balance sheet is not, we help you get funded. We know the lenders and sponsors active in fiber, what they underwrite on today, and how to present a platform so it clears.

JOINT VENTURE

A business built with you

When an operator has a market and a plan that needs a partner, Ronin brings strategy, operating leadership, and shared ownership of the venture that fills the network.

BOARD ADVISORY

A seat at the table

For owners and sponsors who want an operator's view at the board level. Go-to-market plans, budgets, and leadership hires reviewed by people who have carried the number, before the money is spent.

Results

What moved, and how fast.

A sample of what the work has produced for fiber operators.

X% to Y%
Promo rolloff churn, cut in 90 days

[A 40k-passing overbuilder in the Southeast. Replace with the real cohort, starting figure, ending figure, and period.]

X% to Y%
Take rate on released streets

[Market size, starting take rate, take rate at month 12, and what changed.]

$X to $Y
Cost per new customer

[CAC before and after, by channel if you can, and the period.]

How we engage

It starts small. You decide how far it goes.

We do not sell a package. We start with the work, prove it in the numbers, and let the relationship deepen only as far as the results justify.

  1. 1

    Look

A fixed-scope review of sales, marketing, and retention. Two to three weeks. You get a written read on what is leaking and what it is costing you, whether or not we go further.

  2. 2

    Work

We step in as operating partner, alongside your leaders, on the floor and on the calls, until the change holds without us. Paid as a fee, measured on the numbers from step one.

  3. 3

    Build

Where the plan calls for more than advice, Ronin takes a seat at the board or shared ownership of a venture built with you. Only ever proposed after the work has earned it.

Tell us how we can help.

You will hear back from a person, not a form.
